I would 1000% recommend Faster to anyone because if I can do it then anyone can. My personal fitness has greatly improved and my mental approach to exercise & healthy living has changed massively since joining. Although I’m not where I want to be with my body I am where I want to be to achieve it. I feel so supported and appreciate the level of personal interaction at FASTER as you do not get that in gyms. I have enjoyed my success so far but my journey is not over. Jason isn’t just an ‘instructor’ he really cares about you as an individual and this isn’t just ‘Bootcamp or group exercise’ it’s personal development and fitness whilst having a laugh with nice people.

A huge thank you to Faster PT and Jason for my transformation. Last August I found myself at my heaviest ever and felt generally uncomfortable. It’s not been easy - as I like my food, wine and gin - but with the range of classes, and support, provided I can now say I feel comfortable in my own skin. I’ve lost over a stone in weight, toned up and changed my diet to more plant based foods. Exercise has played a huge part in this. Faster PT offer a wide range of classes throughout the week from Body Sculpt (weights based)and Power to Legs, Bums and Tums. You have the choice of 3 classes most days, making it easier to keep a regular exercise routine. In the time I’ve been going to Faster PT I don’t think I’ve ever done the same circuit twice - a credit to Jason and Victoria for their class planning! Thank you 🙏

“Thanks to the Faster Personal Training Southampton team, I dropped three dress sizes in 12 months! The photo on the left is was how I looked in June 2012. I’d had a baby earlier in January and was an unhealthy dress size 16. I was going to Liz’s daytime buggy boot camp with my young daughter during the day twice a week and although I felt fit and felt I was doing the right things to feel that way, I clearly wasn’t. I was using the class as an excuse to have that extra piece of cake at the Mum’s coffee mornings most days a week! Something had to be done… I decided to start listening to my boot camp instructors. I started boot camp in the evenings and started to drop the cake and reach for the sugar snap peas. I started swapping cups of tea and glasses of wine for lots of refreshing water. The photo on the right is me in June 2013 at my Dad’s 60th Birthday party with a friend. A fit and healthy size 10 – at last! Eating the right foods, reducing the amount of not so great foods and drinks and starting to eat clean lean foods and drink lots of water. I am still on my journey and am learning all the time what is best to eat and not to eat and what is best to drink and not to drink. This is a lifelong commitment and journey which I’m sharing with like-minded people and I truly feel the best I have felt for a long time!”
