Boxing fitness is an extremely fun way to get fitter using similar conditioning methods as Boxers without the worry of being hit. You will get to learn some boxing combinations, improve your punching technique & footwork which will greatly reduce the risk of injury when doing pad work. It is a very popular class among FASTER members who love its stress release benefits from the many obstacles life can throw at us.
