Focusing on resistance training this class uses studio weights complimented with body weight exercises combining both cardio & muscular endurance. Great for shaping your body.

Whilst this is in many ways similar to Bootcamp in terms of resistance exercises mixed in with cardio it has a far more focused approach to muscle groups & has become one of the more popular classes at FASTER. In this class you will feel more exercise intensity on the body parts being worked as it is designed to improve your strength endurance.
